Business days are limited to Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m and Sat-Sun 10:00 a.m to 4 p.m EST, not including holidays. The TAKARINDWA store is closed for the observance of major USA holidays. Orders placed in major holidays are processed and shipped the next business day.
